The property has 6 cameras: right back pointed towards the back of the property inclusive of the pool screen door; left back pointed towards the back of the property inclusive of the pool screen door; front right of property towards street; front left of property towards street covering driveway; entryway Ring door bell and back-up general camera at entry. No cameras on the interior of the property.
Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, screened lanai, and driveway parking. Entry is seamless with a key box lock; a unique door code will be provided to you on the morning of your check-in.

A personal vehicle is highly recommended to explore the area fully. The property includes a private driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

Welcome to the Rotonda Hideaway!
CHECK-OUT (11:00 AM):
– Please place all used towels in a pile in one of the bathrooms.
– Please load and start the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes.
– Take all household trash to the large bins outside.
– Log out of any personal streaming accounts on the smart TV.
– Please ensure all windows and doors are locked upon departure.
CLEANING SUPPLIES:
-Laundry detergent, stain remover spray, dish soap, dishwasher pods, glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, disinfectant spray, and wipes.
TRASH & RECYCLING:
– Please place all household garbage in the large trash cans located outside. A service will move the cans to the curb on Monday for Tuesday morning pickup.
EMERGENCY INFO:
– In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.
– Fuse Box Location: In the garage.
– Fire Extinguisher: Under the kitchen sink. (Update to in Laundry Room)
