As a hands-on operator managing a growing portfolio across West Virginia, Florida, and Arizona, he’s built Travellir into a community where every home is vetted, every guest is looked after, and every owner has a real team standing behind them.

Travellir started with a single property and a simple belief: a great stay should feel personal, and a great rental business should be run like a real business.

Jerell Figueroa got into short-term rentals in 2022, and within two years what began as a hands-on side operation had grown into something bigger. In 2024, he founded Travellir Management LLC to scale what was working: vetted homes, real communication, and the kind of consistency travelers don't get on a crowded listing site.

Today, Travellir manages a growing portfolio of properties across West Virginia, Florida, and Arizona. Every home is professionally maintained, every guest is looked after, and every owner has a real team standing behind them.

We grew without ads, without paid social, without a corporate playbook. We grew because guests came back, and because they sent their friends.
