We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

Travellir Owner App

The following applies specifically to property owners using the Travellir Owner iOS and Android app.

Owner App — Information We Collect

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo via Google Sign-In or email/password authentication.
  • Property and business data: Properties you own, bookings, revenue statements, maintenance requests, documents, and calendar data associated with your owner account.
  • Push notification token: A device token (FCM token) stored in our database if you grant notification permission, used solely to deliver booking alerts and property updates to your device.
  • Device information: Device type and OS version for app compatibility and error logging.

Owner App — How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your identity and grant secure access to your owner dashboard
  • To display your property performance, bookings, statements, and maintenance information
  • To send push notifications about your properties (only if you grant permission)
  • To communicate with you via email about your account
  • To monitor app stability and resolve errors

Owner App — Push Notifications

The Travellir Owner app may request permission to send push notifications about your properties, including booking alerts and maintenance updates. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device's Settings app. Notification permission is optional — the app functions fully without it.

Owner App — Data Storage

Owner app data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) under the travellir-booking project. Firebase Authentication manages login credentials — we never store passwords directly. Access is restricted by Firestore security rules that ensure each owner can only access their own data. We use Google Firebase and Google Sign-In, both governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

9. SMS Messaging Privacy

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Traveller Management LLC (Travellir), we may use your phone number to send appointment reminders, service updates, quote follow-ups, scheduling messages, account notifications, customer service messages, and other business-related communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
