2. Services

Travellir provides a platform for browsing vacation rental properties, submitting booking inquiries, and communicating with our management team. We manage short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental properties across West Virginia, Florida, and Arizona. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Booking & Reservations

When you submit a booking inquiry through our website:

• Your inquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation, until you receive written confirmation from our team.
• Pricing displayed on the website is subject to change and may vary based on dates, length of stay, and seasonal demand.
• A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to partial or no refund depending on the property. Please review the specific cancellation policy provided with your booking confirmation.

5. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect, leaving it in the condition you found it
• Follow all house rules provided for each property (noise policies, pet policies, smoking restrictions, etc.)
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the property
• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly to our team
• Comply with all local laws and regulations during your stay

6. Damages & Security Deposits

Some properties may require a security deposit or damage protection fee. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. Traveller Management LLC reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment method for repair or replacement costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Traveller Management LLC provides properties on an “as is” basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy in property descriptions, photos, and amenities listed on our website, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or stay at our properties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Traveller Management LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Traveller Management LLC (Travellir), you agree to receive recurring text messages related to appointment reminders, service updates, quote follow-ups, scheduling, account notifications, customer service, and other business communications.

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our business. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
